Director of Projects

Elias Kareem (MRICS) is a 2002 graduate of the University of Manchester, where he obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying and Commercial management. He is chartered by the Royal institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS UK) and a PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)

Born in Blackburn, United Kingdom, Elias spent is elementary years in the UK and returned to Nigeria for his Secondary education, it is here he discovered his love for built assets and a keen interest in how the process was managed.

He has over 16 years’ experience in the construction and development space ranging from infrastructure projects i.e. New York University Campus Abu Dhabi and New airport terminal, to leisure, hospitality and retail projects. In his career thus far he has overseen and led projects to the value of over $2billion.

He is currently the Director of Projects for a global private school provider overseeing the Middle East and Asia region with 10 International private schools already in operation and another 5-8 in the pipeline over the next 3- 5 years.
